Refunds

Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced without question provided we are notified within one week of their arrival. It is your responsibility to package the goods appropriately and pay for return postage.

Returns

You may cancel an order prior to its shipping and we will refund the amount minus £5 to cover charges and admin costs.
If we have already shipped the goods it is your responsibility to package the goods appropriately and pay for return postage before we will make the above refund.
